Illinois School Teacher Records

Can anyone enlighten me on how to find Illinois public school teacher records. It is my understanding that State law requires that records be kept for 100 years. But where? So far the Canton Public Schools claim to not have them. The State Dept of Ed. and IRAD referred me to the Fulton / Schuyler Regional Superintendent, to whom I sent a letter in June. No response. Several emails were sent as well. No response. Thanks.

No promises here, but I can at least ask my husband to inquire of his superintendant of the school he works at. The super is very intelligent and might have an idea of yr query.  Don't feel bad.........the Fulton Co. office is hard to get resonses even when it concerns yr child in school. Will be interesting to see what you come up with
