High and Jane Barker lived in Liverpool Ill. in the middle to late 1800's, i'm trying to locate their gravesites and trying to locate cemeteries in or around Liverpool Ill.. Or information or records on their deaths any information would be very helpful.

One tool I’ve found to be very helpful is on Google called Google Earth. It provides satellite images of any town or address that you provide. It is a free download and one of the selections is for churches and cemeteries. Go to Google, click on more, Google downloads, then Google Earth.


After you finish the download, simply type in Liverpool, Ill, put chuches/cemeteries in your search criteria, and it will zoom in to that town, plus show you the location and give you the names of any cemeteries around the town.


You could then go to WWW.FINDAGRAVE.COM and see if any of your family is listed there.  However, that site will ohly show graves that have been input by someone, rather than graves that are actually located there.

Hello-  I sent you an email,  I have some information for you as your GGG Grandparents lived next door to my family in 1850 census in Liverpool, Fulton County Illinois.


I did a little searching today and would like to share what I found.

Just to let you know the library in the area or county seat has cemetary records that is how I found my GGrandfather in vermont, il. It listed the section and also the lot number.
