I know I have seen a Herman in my own searches, actually in the 1900 census for Ipava/Pleasant TWP.. This Herman was 1 yr old born 2-1-1898 and had a sister Ferne 11-1896. Parents were William 1871 and Mary 1876. Can this be yrs?

Let me know what you find. I just found my William G is William Grant Brown and his wife Victoria was Morman. I'd not really looked into that aspect. And they were from Summum/Ipava/Lewistown. Youo might look into it for yr Herman etc.
