I would like to make contact with anyone who is descended from a Swede who came to Fulton County between 1870ish and 1900. Particularly those who lived east of Canton towards Glasford. I know that many came from Smäland and Skäne landskap.
I am descended from John Swanson who came in 1870 from (?) and his wife Fredrika Charlotta Danielsdotter Lund who came in 1873 Jönköping county, Smäland lanskap, Sweden. I believe that there may have been others in the family who came. I would be more than happy to share what I have and how I obtained it.
