My opinion is that this forum is not an appropriate place for advertising of any kind, and further the person who posted the ad gained entrance under false pretenses. There is nothing in the ad that refers to his/her Fulton County ancestor.

If I want an investigator I'll call Vinnie Parco.

I've since done some checking with the experts. The general consensus is this is
quite possibly a scam or bogus offer. Buyers should beware.

A lot of background check scams out there nowadays.. need to do a little research on background check information before paying for these services.. and it's smart to stay away from sites that offer the service for free, they provide inaccurate information and are mostly either scams or spam..
