I have a great-great-uncle William Cornelius "Neil" DeMoss who was born in Bernadotte on Sunday, July 7, 1850. He married Sarah Alice Burrows on Thursday, March 10, 1887 in Fulton County. They had a daughter, Corda J. DeMoss who was born on Friday, October 25, 1895. She married a Mr. Bible. I found a note that said they moved to California for a short time, then returned to live in Lewistown. I also believe that Neil lived with Corda and her husband in the southwest part of Lewistown in February 1918.
I am trying to find information on Mr. Bible. What was his first name, when/where was he born and passed away. I found a Percy J. Bible born about 1881, a Carlie J. Bible born about 1896 and a Clifford J. Bible born about 1911 (who was probably too young), but have not been able to tie any of them to Corda.
Hello- I find this information on the Bible family I think you are looking for and Corda's death date and her mothers maiden name. This is a California Death data base from ancestry.com as well as census pages from Ancestry.com
