Andrew Smith moved here from Pa. in the early 1850's sorry don't have a date, he had a son Charles A Smith (Aug 12 1851 to 1934) who married Hattie Rider in 1876 (she died 2 years latter Jan 2 1878). Charles remarried Sarah L. (sorry no last name). They had a son Leon Albert Smith (1884-1954) He married Carrie Alice Rogers (1889-1986). They had 3 children Lloyd Smith (1927-1941) Amber Smith 1916(She still resides in Farmington Il. age 94) married George Donald Lercher (1915-2007), no children, & Clarence Albert Smith (born blind) 1911-1965 married Gussie M (sorry no last name) 1907-1970 also born blind, no children.
