I am in urgent need of information on Fulton County boundary changes between 1830 and 1860.  I am writing a paper for a genealogy class I am taking at the University of Washington on my husband's relative, Elijah Wilcoxen, who lived in Fulton county during the years mentioned.  This is the last item I need to complete my paper.  Need by tomorrow, June 1, 2005.  Thanks much!
