William B Kelly married Maria Ellis in Fulton County, Il 14 April 1870. I believe William's parents were Thomas Kelly/Charlotte Cooper also Fulton County.
Any assistance with this line would be appreciated. I can trace them from Fulton County but I have no futher information on the Kellys.
