Thomas BAILY moved to Fulton County about 1840, following his half brother Evan BAILY from Ohio. Thomas married America CRAIL (Sister of the Founder of Vermont).They appear in the 1850 and 1860 census for Fulton County. The spelling is often given as BAILEY. Thomas and America were my GtGt Grandparents and I want to gain and to share info on them.
