I am searching for information about two families who were living in Fulton County early to 1851/52. They are John and Peter Cline (Clynn). The migrated to Oregon in 1851. John had two children Julia (b. 1834) and Jacob (b.1836). I find a John Cline who purchased land in Fulton County, Deerfield Township in 1850. He was living near a William Wheeler. A William Wheeler had a land claim in Oregon next to John Cline. Peter Cline may be his brother. Peter had a child Levi (b. 1847) who was with him in Oregon. Neither men had wives who came with them to Oregon. Does anyone know about these families? Would love to hear from you.
