William and Eliza Grinnell Boggs c. 1800-1860

I am working on a Maine family who was living in Center, Fulton Co., IL in the 1850 Census and am trying to find death dates, for them and if they were buried in a cemetery in Fulton Co. IL?

William Boggs was born in Maine c. 1800 and moved to Illinois after 1826 with his wife Eliza Grinnell Boggs (b. 12 May 1803 in Union, Lincoln Co., ME). They show in Center, Fulton Co. IL in the 1850 census but Hannah is a widow in the 1860 census living in Putnam, Fulton Co., IL (widow with real estate $2,500, dau. Hannah ae. 17 living with her).

Any help with death dates is appreciated. Are they buried in Fulton Co.?
