Robert SPENCER is supposed to have died in 1862 in Fulton Co., IL.  He appeared with his family (wife: Rebecca Shreyer/Shroyer) in Cuba Village, Johnson Tsp, Fulton Co., IL, in the 1860 census.

I would like to get a month and day for his death.  My goal is to get an obituary.
