Thanks to Ruth Culton Taylor for her comments on verfying I have the correct Frank J. Wilson in Illinois. Her suggestion was to look at Frank's Marriage Certificate which I did (previously). Frank married Eugenia Moode in Big  Springs, Howard County, Texas in 1905. Unfortunately the MC ML only listed the state they were born in.

I also sent for / received Birth Certificates for their children Mary F. and William H. Wilson (born in LA, Calif 1907 & 1909) and those documents only listed the state their parents were born in.
