I chose as my avatar a picture of my great grandfather Swanson (1851-1909). He emmigrated to Funton County from Sweden in 1870. His wife to be Fredricka Charlotta Danielsdotter Lund came in 1872. I have found her family in Sweden but not Great Grandfathers. It has always been assumed they came from the same area but as yet I have not located his family in Sweden.  I do know that he had a 1/2 brother Gus Swanson who emmigrated to Fulton County in 1881.

I would like to communicate with others who Swedish ancestors settled in Fulton County.
