As far as Fulton Co., I am not sure but would think a list somewhere.  I do know as far as some records, they were lost in a fire way back when, I think around 1800.  That was only some, and I recently was told concerning birth cert there from abt 1860ish.........they have some but not many and really don't know what they are, so apparently not a list.  My best guess is to just call, and ask. Maybe that can get you an idea.  Also give you their prices etc as they are different than some others I have been to.
